Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Planner, where you will play a crucial role in developing and managing work orders and maintenance schedules to optimize asset availability. You will act as a liaison, ensuring effective communication and coordination between production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and manage detailed work orders, including scope, labor estimates, parts lists, and procedures, using the CMMS.
Develop daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance schedules, coordinating downtime with production to optimize asset availability.
Secure and allocate necessary parts, tools, contractors, and skilled personnel for planned tasks.
Analyze maintenance history, equipment performance, and failure data to identify root causes and develop permanent corrective actions or new preventive maintenance measures.
Act as a bridge between production, maintenance, and engineering teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance strategies, processes, and reliability using methodologies like Six Sigma or RCM.
Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in maintenance planning.
Proficiency in maintenance planning software, including CMMS and SAP.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with ordering and allocating parts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of schedule planning and maintenance strategies.
Experience in parts ordering and supply chain management.
