What Youll Do

* Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for production runs.
* Work with a variety of CNC lathes including Morisaki, Okuma, Hyundai, Doosan, and Miyano.
* Support both lowvolume and highvolume production projects.
* Utilize skills in Horizontal/Vertical Milling, MasterCAM programming, and various milling machines.
* Produce precision components that meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
* Partner with engineering to refine processes and improve efficiency.

What You Bring

* 35 years of CNC setup and operation experience.
* Strong programming skills for CNC lathes and mills.
* Proficiency with MasterCAM and highspeed machining.
* Ability to read technical drawings and manage production workflows.
* Experience holding tolerances of +/ .0002.
* Skilled in machining aluminum, bronze, and steel.

Bonus Skills

* Experience with large milling machines (60" tables preferred).
* Ability to operate a 3axis milling machine.
* Experience with bronze machining or manual machine operation.
* Leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
* A selfstarter mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Work Environment & Schedule

* Large, modern manufacturing facility with both manual and CNC departments.
* Training on day shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (early Fridays).
* Regular shift: MondayThursday, 2:00 PM 12:30 AM.
* Well-maintained equipment and a team of 40 shop employees supported by 30 office staff.
