What Youll Do

* Operate manual and computercontrolled semiconductor and optical processing equipment
* Set up, calibrate, and run complex machinery for wafer, photolithography, and optical component production
* Follow detailed technical procedures for cleaning, pattern transfer, measurement, and metrology tasks
* Use computer software to track production data, run reports, and document process steps
* Inspect components for defects and ensure all products meet strict quality standards
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow cleanroom and safety protocols

What You Bring

* Experience with electronics assembly, microscopes, precision inspection, or finedetail work
* Basic computer skills (Excel/Word for data entry and documentation)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working with precision tools

Cleanroom Work Environment

Youll work in a stateoftheart cleanroom wearing a full bunny suit (hood, gloves, shoe covers). This ensures components stay free of dust while you work with highprecision semiconductor and optical tools.

12Hour Shifts

Day Shift: 6am6pm

Night Shift: 6pm6am

A Shift: SunTue + alternating Wed

B Shift: ThursSat + alternating Wed

C Shift (Nights): SunTue + alternating Sat

D Shift (Nights): WedFri + alternating Sat

Work 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
* Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime every other week

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
