Position Overview: Were looking for a reliable, handson candidate to help build outdoor living products using concrete blocks and other materials in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. This role involves physical labor, consistent movement, and working with tools and machinery to create highquality products.

What Youll Do

* Read job specifications to determine required materials
* Perform visual quality inspections on concrete blocks as they move across the line
* Use fabrication techniques such as cutting, gluing, grinding, and leveling
* Utilize a tape measure to make accurate, precise cuts
* Conduct minor machine maintenance (major repairs handled by onsite maintenance techs)
* Move materials throughout the production area with frequent bending, twisting, and lifting

What Were Looking For

* Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, or construction is a plus
* Comfortable working in a loud, nonclimatecontrolled environment
* Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and handle concrete products or machine parts
* Able to lift materials from floor level up to 4 feet
* Strong basic math skills
* Proficient with a tape measure and able to read weight scales
* Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
