Job Summary

The General Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through basic assembly, machine operation, and

material handling. This role also assists with paint-line activities and prepares finished products for shipping in a clean, organized production

environment.

Responsibilities
* Perform basic assembly of parts
* Remove parts from conveyor belts
* Clean and inspect finished products
* Operate production and conveyor equipment
* Set up machines along the conveyor line
* Apply lubricant to machines as required
* Assist in the paint area by racking and moving materials
* Prepare, organize, and stage products for shipping



Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ months of production or manufacturing experience
* Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
* Machine operation experience
* Mechanical assembly or machine-building experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
