What Youll Be Doing

Youll play a key role on the production floor, helping create dependable products that keep power systems running safely.
* Assemble polymer insulators with precision and efficiency
* Perform basic crimping tasks (no experience neededtraining provided)
* Use hand and power tools for daily production work
* Rotate and crosstrain in multiple areas to grow your skill set
* Operate molding machines to produce highquality components
* Package and assemble products to company standards
* Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure toptier results

What Were Looking For

You dont need to know everything on day onewere happy to train motivated, dependable people.
* Experience in manufacturing, material handling, or general production is a plus
* Familiarity with machine operation, inspection, or quality control is helpful
* Comfortable using hand or power tools
* Willing to float between different production areas
* Mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

* Production facility (nonclimatecontrolled; warmer in summer months)
* Water permitted at workstations to stay hydrated

Shift Options:
* 1st Shift: 7:00am 3:15pm
* 2nd Shift: 3:00pm 11:15pm
* 3rd Shift: 11:00pm 7:15am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
