Join a specialized manufacturing team building highquality equipment for the fertilizer industry. Were looking for an experienced Lead Fabricator to oversee 2nd shift operations, drive production efficiency, and provide handson technical leadership.

What Youll Do

* Lead and supervise the 2nd shift fabrication team
* Partner with the Director of Operations to improve workflow and output
* Prepare shift reports and assist with interviewing and staffing
* Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and custom fabrication work
* Operate press brakes, shears, saws, grinders, and related equipment
* Program and run the burn table using ProNest
* Ensure quality control across fabricated components
* Safely operate the Anver mechanical vacuum lifter

What You Bring

* Proven leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong MIG welding skills (stainless steel required)
* Fabrication experience with blueprint reading
* Proficiency with press brakes, burn tables, and ProNest

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
