Job Description

Work in an entirely indoor facility under the direction of the Supervisor/Lead Hand. The finish carpenter assumes responsibility for all interior general carpentry duties required on modular unit construction projects.

Responsibilities
* Follow scope of work unless directed otherwise by the Supervisor/Lead Hand.
* Install exterior and interior doors.
* Perform custom millwork and cabinetry.
* Install cabinets and countertops.
* Install baseboards, casings, and trim.
* Handle shelving and drywall tasks.

Essential Skills
* Experience in construction, carpentry, and finish carpentry.
* Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting 50lbs consistently.
* Possession of a reliable form of transportation.
* Previous carpentry experience (residential or modular finishing experience).
* Willingness to take direction and be a team player.
* WHMIS certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* CSTS certification.
* Experience in a warehouse environment.
* Experience with modular construction.
