Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery. You will load raw materials into the production line and ensure the machine's smooth operation by visually inspecting materials during processing.

Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery efficiently.
* Load raw material into the production line.
* Visually inspect material as it is being processed.
* Report any issues to the team lead promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
* Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Essential Skills
* Experience with machine operation and mechanical assembly.
* Ability to load machines and perform inspections.
* Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of production processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Forklift experience is a plus.
* Experience with clamp trucks is advantageous.
* Quality inspection experience is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Expect a loud and potentially hot environment, but large fans are being installed for improved airflow. Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required before starting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
