Responsabilits
* Localiser les fonctions dfaillantes.
* Diagnostiquer et dterminer les causes des pannes en suivant une mthodologie.
* Dpanner et/ou rparer les lments dfaillants.
* Effectuer la remise en service de l'quipement (dmarrage, suivi du bon fonctionnement).
* Alerter son superviseur en cas d'anomalie.
* Communiquer avec la production.
* Crer et fermer ses bons de travail relis aux appels d'urgence avec un retour d'informations appropries.
* Participer la reconstruction d'un quipement.
* Effectuer la remise en service de l'quipement.
* Participer aux dcisions et suggestions de modifications du matriel.
* Participer la modification en lien la scurit, l'utilisation ou la maintenance de l'quipement.
* Analyser les problmes de fiabilit et faire des recommandations ou ajustements ncessaires afin d'optimisation.
* Mettre en uvre des procdures de scurit (cadenassage : mise en scurit, arrt, dmarrage).
* Raliser des contrles, des inspections, des visites priodiques et des interventions prventives planifies.
* Actualiser les documents techniques (livres, plans mcaniques et lectriques, dossier machine informatique, travaux standards, procdures, etc.).
* Respecter les rgles d'hygine et de scurit.
* Appliquer et respecter les exigences lgales HACCP et de la certification SQF niveau 3.
* Maintenir son environnement de travail en tat de propret.
* Maintenir et prner un bon esprit d'quipe.
* Participer la formation des nouveaux employs.

Responsibilities
* Locate malfunctioning functions.
* Diagnose and determine the causes of breakdowns following a methodology.
* Troubleshoot and/or repair faulty elements.
* Restore equipment to service (start-up, monitoring proper functioning).
* Alert supervisor in case of anomalies.
* Communicate with production.
* Create and close work orders related to emergency calls with appropriate feedback.
* Participate in the reconstruction of equipment.
* Restore equipment to service.
* Participate in decisions and suggestions for material modifications.
* Participate in modifications related to safety, use, or maintenance of equipment.
* Analyze reliability issues and make necessary recommendations or adjustments for optimization.
* Implement safety procedures (lockout: securing, stopping, starting).
* Perform controls, inspections, periodic visits, and planned preventive interventions.
* Update technical documents (books, mechanical and electrical plans, machine files, standard works, procedures, etc.).
* Respect hygiene and safety rules.
* Apply and comply with legal HACCP requirements and SQF Level 3 certification.
* Maintain work environment cleanliness.
* Foster and promote a good team spirit.
* Participate in training new employees.
