Notre client, un fabricant international de produits alimentaires surgels, recherche un Superviseur de Maintenance pour superviser et optimiser les processus de maintenance au sein de son usine. Fonde en 1981, l'entreprise a dbut avec la production d'Escargots en Brioche et a depuis largi sa gamme de produits pour inclure des pizzettas et de la soupe l'oignon franaise.
Responsabilits
* Veiller au respect des rgles SST dans le dpartement et dans l'usine.
* Planifier quotidiennement les rparations prventives et correctives.
* Collaborer avec le planificateur de maintenance.
* Attribuer les bons de travail l'quipe de maintenance et suivre la ralisation des travaux.
* S'assurer, avec le directeur de production, de la disponibilit des quipements pour la ralisation des travaux.
* Grer et superviser les travaux raliss en sous-traitance.
* Optimiser les procds et augmenter l'efficacit et la fiabilit des quipements.
* Grer, mobiliser et dvelopper les employs.
* Promouvoir et respecter les bonnes pratiques industrielles exiges par l'industrie alimentaire (SQF/HACCP).
* Grer le systme informatis de planification de maintenance (GMAO).
* Suivre les KPI de maintenance.
* Participer aux audits internes et externes.

Comptences Essentielles
* DEC en lectromcanique, lectrotechnique, ou discipline pertinente.
* Connaissance d'un GMAO (Interal).
* Exprience en supervision de personnel de maintenance d'au moins 5 ans.
* Connaissance technique des quipements de production, dpannage lectrique et mcanique.
* Exprience dans l'industrie alimentaire.
* Bonne communication, leadership, sens de l'organisation et des priorits.

Comptences Supplmentaires & qualifications
* DEC ou DEP en lectromcanique des systmes automatiss, mcanique industrielle ou formation pertinente.
* Carte d'apprenti lectricien.
* 3 5 annes d'exprience pertinente dans un environnement agroalimentaire.
* Connaissance du logiciel Interal ou Autocad, un atout.
* Connaissance des normes HACCP.
* Connaissances pratiques des systmes de contrle de procds (PLC A-B ET ABB), moteurs AC et DC, instrumentation et contrle pneumatique.
* Connaissance des logiciels de gestion d'entretien, un atout considrable.
* Anglais fonctionnel.
* Fortes aptitudes en diagnostic et rsolutions de problmes.
* Esprit d'analyse.
* Aptitudes pour les relations humaines (communication, responsabilisation et travail d'quipe).

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

An international frozen food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and optimize maintenance processes at its facility. Established in 1981, the company began with Escargots en Brioche and has since expanded its product range to include pizzettas and French onion soup.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the department and factory.
* Plan daily preventive and corrective repairs.
* Collaborate with the maintenance planner.
* Assign work orders to the maintenance team and monitor the progress of work.
* Coordinate with the production director to ensure equipment availability for work execution.
* Manage and supervise outsourced work.
* Optimize processes and increase equipment efficiency and reliability.
* Manage, motivate, and develop employees.
* Promote and enforce good industrial practices required by the food industry (SQF/HACCP).
* Manage the computerized maintenance planning system (CMMS).
* Monitor maintenance KPIs.
* Participate in internal and external audits.

Essential Skills
* DEC in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or relevant discipline.
* Knowledge of a CMMS (Interal).
* Minimum 5 years of experience supervising maintenance staff.
* Technical knowledge of production equipment, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
* Experience in the food industry.
* Good communication, leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
* DEC or DEP in automated systems electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or relevant training.
* Apprentice electrician card.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of Interal or Autocad software, an asset.
* Knowledge of HACCP standards.
* Practical knowledge of process control systems (PLC A-B and ABB), AC and DC motors, instrumentation, and pneumatic control.
* Knowledge of maintenance management software is a significant asset.
* Functional English.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Analytical mindset.
* Strong interpersonal skills (communication, accountability, and teamwork).
* Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and offers availability commensurate with responsibilities.
* Ability to excel in a changing environment with constant challenges.
