Heavy Equipment & Drilling Division


Established 25+ year contractor building and supporting our own fleet of high-value drilling and tunnel equipment.


We operate a 16,000 sq ft climate-controlled machine shop attached to a 60,000 sq ft fabrication facility. Extremely clean and organized.


We design and build modifications in-house to make our equipment outperform what can be purchased. Our machines range from $1.5M–$8M and we improve and rebuild them regularly.


We are looking for a serious machinist who can operate independently and take ownership of the machine department.


Equipment (Partial List):

- Haas VF-1600 class VMC

- Haas UMC-750 (5-axis)

- Haas ST-30 / ST-35 dual spindle lathes

- Haas TL-4

- Large manual lathes and boring mills

- Overhead crane support

- Planned purchase of larger CNC equipment once the right candidate has been hired



The Work

- Large weldments and heavy components

- Repair and redesign of drilling equipment

- Precision bore work, shafts, housings

- Low-volume premium lockout swivel production

- Direct collaboration with experienced field team

- This is not a production button-pushing job.


This is mechanical problem solving and execution.


What We Expect


- Strong Mastercam programming ability

- Can set up and run jobs independently

- Heavy part / oilfield / industrial repair experience preferred

- Mechanical thinker, not just a code writer
