Safely and efficiently manage the operation of plasma reactors according to production schedules. Monitor and adjust reactor parameters in real-time to optimize performance and output quality. Operate and clean production equipment, including reactors, pumps, tanks, blenders, and absorbers. Perform diversified tasks to install and maintain production machinery and plant facilities. Conduct tests and inspections to ensure produced fertilizers meet predefined quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Operate and clean production equipment, including reactors, pumps, tanks, blenders, and absorbers.
* Perform regular maintenance of reactors and associated equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
* Conduct tests and inspections to verify products' composition, effectiveness, and safety.
* Work closely with engineers to refine production techniques and suggest improvements.
* Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
* Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
* Maintain accurate production data records and generate reports for management review.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new fertilizer formulations or production methods.
Essential Skills
* Mechanical skills and experience with production machinery.
* Proficiency in using power tools and handling installations.
* Strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Experience with scissor lift and forklift operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Ability to wear a respirator.
* Mechanical installation skills, including experience with hoses, cords, tubing, and PVC piping.
* Experience in general production and handling heavy lifting.

Work Environment
This role is set in a startup environment within a large warehouse that can be cold or hot at times. The position requires adherence to PPE standards, including wearing safety glasses. Shift times are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Thursday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
