Key Responsibilities

Full training will be provided to help you confidently:
* Follow cGMP standards, SOPs, and customer requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
* Assemble, fill, package, and label products using both manual and automated equipment
* Conduct inprocess inspections, including AQL checks
* Complete basic computer tasks for logging and tracking production
* Assist with job startups and closures
* Clean rooms and equipment according to SOPs
* Count components and finished products
* Read and follow 2D diagrams and batch documentation
* Work independently or collaboratively to meet production goals

Requirements

No prior pharmaceutical experience is required training is provided. Candidates should have:
* Strong handeye coordination and attention to detail
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands
* Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, addition, etc.)
* Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety procedures
* Physical ability to:
+ Stand for long periods
+ Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
+ Bend, squat, and reach overhead
* Comfort working in Primary, Secondary, Refrigerated (28C), and Frozen (-20C) environments (up to 80% in freezer if needed)
* Ability to wear PPE such as cleanroom garments, N95 or PAPR respirators, and safety glasses
