What Youll Do

* Set up molds, dies, and basic tooling for molding or casting
* Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times
* Make simple machine adjustments to keep production running smoothly
* Spot and troubleshoot common issues like short shots, flashing, or incomplete fills
* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor mold/die maintenance
* Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
* Record production runs, mold changes, and adjustments
* Communicate equipment or material concerns to your supervisor

What Makes You a Strong Fit

* Experience in injection molding, blow molding, ceramic casting, extrusion, or general machine operation
* Comfortable setting up equipment or following setup instructions
* Able to recognize basic molding defects and make simple corrections
* Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools
* Able to read work instructions, production specs, or simple technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and steady work pace
* Able to lift 3050 lbs and work in a fastmoving production environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

* Experience with mold setup or changeovers
* Experience in plastics, rubber molding, or casting
* Familiarity with inspection tools or quality checks
* Understanding of basic maintenance or troubleshooting

Work Environment

Youll work in a nonclimatecontrolled production facility, which can get hot during summer months. The environment is handson and fastpaced, with polymer molding and hydraulic/pneumatic crimping equipment. Youll have a defined workstation, clear safety procedures, and the ability to keep water at your station to stay hydrated. The team is structured, supportive, and focused on producing highquality parts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
