What Youll Be Doing

As a Licensed Plumber, youll handle a mix of residential and commercial work, including:
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
* Installing and servicing water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, and related systems
* Performing routine maintenance and system inspections
* Communicating clearly with customers and offering honest, professional recommendations
* Creating invoices and estimates using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar)
* Completing job documentation accurately and following company processes
* Working closely with the plumbing team, dispatcher, and other company team members
* Ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

What Were Looking For

* Valid Indiana Journeyman or Contractor Plumbing License
* 8+ years of documented plumbing experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
* Professional, customerfocused attitude
* Experience using field service software (ServiceTitan preferred)
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Dependable, detailoriented, and respectful on every job

Nice to Have:
* HVAC experience (not required)

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
