What Youll Do

Join our elite machining team where you'll operate Makino CNC Mills and Jig Grind machines using Fanuc controls to create highprecision components. Youll work with worldclass equipment, tight tolerances, and a team that values quality above all.

Daily Responsibilities

* Set up and align vices, fixtures, and tooling for precision milling
* Use indicators and measurement techniques to ensure perfect alignment
* Run Makino CNC Mills & Jig Grinders (Fanuc controls)
* Read/interpret blueprints, engineering drawings & work instructions
* Perform inprocess inspections and adjust as needed
* Maintain equipment and follow PM schedules
* Produce hightolerance components with extreme accuracy

What You Bring

* Experience operating Makino, Haas, or Mazak machines
* Ability to hold tight tolerances to .0001"
* Strong setup skills (vices, fixtures, indicators, offsets)
* Expert use of micrometers, calipers, gauges & precision tools
* Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Bonus Skills

* Experience performing machine changeovers
* Familiarity with basic machine maintenance
