Maintenance Planner / Scheduler will coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant. This role will use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to operations. Will plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency maintenance services. Will be responsible for coordinating all of the required resources needed for job execution to include labor, tools, and parts. Developing weekly and outage work scopes for maintenance techs. The maintenance planner Scheduler will have to work within the CMMS to build and maintain equipment records, bill of materials, asset data as well as to create, schedule and close out PM task. Adjust PM programs and find ways to maximize equipment uptime. The planner schedule will also be responsible for managing and tracking spare parts inventory and equipment documentation. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of brand new manufacturing facility, being at the ground level to help shape and mold the culture and environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years working in a manufacturing facility as a Maintenance planner/scheduler
Proficiency working within CMMS/ computerized maintenance management system
2+ years planning and scheduling Preventive maintenance service to equipment
Ability to track and manage inventory for spare parts
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Office and Excel
Production planning
production scheduling
Some College preferred
Hours:
first shift - Hours could vary between 6am - 3pm / 7am-4pm
Training:
Will require travel to other site locations across the country (M-F)
