Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality warehouse parts for distribution centers. The role involves performing repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders, ensuring production numbers are met while maintaining exceptional quality.

Responsibilities
* Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
* Maintain production numbers and deliver quality parts.
* Set-up jigs and fixtures by adjusting fixtures and equipment.
* Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
* Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
* Keep accurate records and maintain a clean work area.
* Follow verbal and written instructions for die and equipment operations.
* Perform fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, and mig welding.
* Load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts as necessary.

Essential Skills
* Proficiency in MIG welding and ability to pass a weld test.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in a welding capacity, preferably in farming or manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with machine loading is a plus.
* Ability to demonstrate reliability and maintain good attendance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
