Key Responsibilities
* Execute manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and work instructions with minimal supervision
* Accurately weigh, transfer, and mix chemicals according to procedures
* Document manufacturing activities to meet cGMP compliance requirements
* Follow all safety policies and PPE protocols
* Perform preventative maintenance and complete work notifications on time
* Conduct equipment testing and basic troubleshooting
* Draft, review, and revise SOPs and manufacturing documentation as needed
* Perform inprocess analytical testing when required
* Manage raw materials inventory using systems such asKanban
* Maintain accurate training and compliance records
* Participate in safety inspections, continuous improvement initiatives, and lean activities
* Support shift handovers and attend required meetings

Required Qualifications

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience & Skills

* Manufacturing or production experience in aGMP/cGMP regulated environment
* Cleanroom experience
* Strong understanding of GMP compliance and aseptic techniques
* Solid math skills (decimals, unit conversions, rounding)
* Ability to follow detailed procedures with high attention to accuracy

Experience in regulated GMP manufacturing environments is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
