Job Description:
* Utilize MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components.
* Execute production welding tasks in accordance with blueprints, work orders, and client specifications.
* Perform self-inspections using precision tools, jigs, and fixtures to verify weld quality.
* Meet production targets while operating independently or collaborating with a team with minimal oversight.
* Adhere to strict safety protocols when managing welding equipment and materials
* Participate in new product launches, providing input to improve processes or quality.
* Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, complying with all housekeeping standards.
* Perform routine maintenance on welding machinery per standard procedures.
* Proactively ensure the work environment remains hazard-free.

* Pay: $20/HR - $25/HR

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
