Job Description
As an End of Line Operator, you will be responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on position involves managing inventory, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating shipment transfers to the warehouse, all while adhering to legal and safety procedures. You will work closely with the Line Manager to fulfill these responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Manage all activities and operations at the end of the line.
* Follow procedures regarding safety and processing for cutter and grinder equipment.
* Replace tape and barcodes as needed.
* Conduct length and width changes, pallet changes, and inkjet messaging.
* Enter orders into SAP.
* Perform other duties and activities as directed.
Essential Skills
* Experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, and handling plastics.
* Understanding of safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* 6 months of experience in manufacturing/production.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
