Join our team as a Bundler and be an essential part of our weld line operations. You will work closely with a welder/machine operator to ensure the seamless flow of operations. Your role is vital to the functioning of the weld line, as it cannot run without your expertise.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints/sketches and prepare materials accordingly.
* Adjust weld parameters and machine settings to ensure welds meet specifications.
* Inspect welds for non-conformances and perform necessary repairs or rework.
* Perform daily machine maintenance and inspect pipes for quality issues.
* Conduct quality control procedures such as dye penetrant testing and inspect grooves.
* Offload and transport pipes to the correct location daily.
* Handle assembly/make-on couplings/fittings and ensure they are assembled to specifications.
* Review job information sheets and technical instructions to process jobs accurately.
* Operate pneumatic tensioner and crimper when required.
* Input and interpret data in the computer system to perform tasks accurately.
Essential Skills
* 2+ years of welding experience, with skills to obtain a 2G.
* Basic computer skills.
* 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
* Strong math skills frequently used.
* Ability to make sound decisions and produce accurate results.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment
The role requires standing, walking, and using hands to grasp objects constantly. You may need to pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently. The work involves medium physical strength, exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and over 10 pounds constantly. Be prepared for diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, fumes, dust, and loud noises. Protective gear such as arm, eye, feet, and leg protection is mandatory. The role involves operating hand/power tools and shop machinery, as well as using a computer keyboard and calculator. Understanding of basic math and simple drawings is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
