Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to operate machines in a fast-paced work environment. This role demands attention to detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to handle repetitive changeovers.

Responsibilities

* Operate machines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards.
* Manage repetitive changeovers and maintain production flow.
* Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Stand for extended periods during shifts.
* Engage in hands-on production work.
* Handle general production tasks including assembly, packing, and machine operation.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in cleanroom environments.
* Operate forklifts as required for material handling.

Essential Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in production or machine operation.
* Basic math skills for precise calculations.
* Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
* Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in computer skills for machine operation and reporting.
* Experience with inspection and machine operating.
* Ability to lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs.
* Steel toes or composite shoes required for safety.
* Suiting up in production areas is necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
