Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic metal fabrication manufacturing environment, where you will play an essential part in our production process.

Responsibilities
* Operate laser and machine tools as part of the production process.
* Assemble components according to blueprints and specifications.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
* Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills
* Experience with general production processes.
* Proficiency in operating laser and machine tools.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
* Knowledge of using calipers and micrometers for measurements.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting that is fairly clean but not climate-controlled. We offer three shifts to accommodate diverse schedules: 1st shift from 6:50am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2:50pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:50pm to 7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, OH.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
