What Youll Do

Youll work alongside experienced welders and learn while you earn, building strong welding skills and contributing to daily production.

Your responsibilities include:
* PerformingMIG weldingon steel and aluminum components
* Setting up welding machines, adjusting settings, and replacing wire/tips
* Reading and following blueprints for accurate production
* Inspecting welded parts using visual checks and basic measurement tools
* Placing completed parts on conveyors or designated racks
* Operating grinders to remove burrs and clean welds
* Tracking daily production and maintaining accurate records
* Reporting equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
* Monitoring material levels and communicating any shortages

What Were Looking For

* Basic MIG welding experience (school or training is welcome!)
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Welding certification from trade school, community college, or equivalent

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

* Experience with fluxcore welding
* Familiarity with fabrication techniques
* Comfortable working with 1612 gauge steel
