Job Responsibilities

* Manufacture traffic control and specialty signs
* Screen printing, digital printing, and vinyl lettering
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace
* Assist with quarterly inventory counts
* Package and organize material sales orders
* Load/unload freight trucks
* Support general shop and yard-related tasks
* Participate in weekly shop meetings (safety, training, deadlines, product knowledge)
* Perform tasks assigned by the Shop Lead

Essential Skills

* Experience in packaging and general production
* Hand tool and power tool proficiency
* Fabrication, vinyl application, assembly, and machine operation experience
* Ability to read a tape measure
* Forklift experience
* Inspection/quality-check skills

* Full-time manufacturing setting in West Fargo
* MondayFriday, 7am5pm
* 4050 hours per week with overtime available
