Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Line Technician where you will play an integral role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production line.

Responsibilities
* Feed machines and oversee production processes.
* Monitor for any jams and ensure uninterrupted operation.
* Measure products and materials accurately.
* Record production data, including meters, quantities, and dimensions.
* Load and unload materials efficiently.

Essential Skills
* Experience in electro-mechanical operations.
* Proficiency as a Maintenance Technician.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics and troubleshooting techniques.
* Previous manufacturing experience required.
* Good understanding of measurements, including length and weight.
* Ability to work long hours in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience operating, adjusting, and setting up production machines.
* Material handling and machine feeding experience.
* Experience in assembly and general labor within an industrial setting.
* Flexibility and open-mindedness to assist in different stations on the line.

We offer ample opportunities for overtime, including some Saturdays, providing you with the chance to maximize your earnings. Our pay structure allows for growth, with initial pay starting at $14.75, a raise to $16 after the contract, and potential advancement up to $21.

Work Environment

Work in a copper tubing manufacturing plant with a variety of shifts available: 1st Shift from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., 2nd Shift from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd Shift from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Saturday work is required as needed. The facility includes older machinery, necessitating adaptability and a hands-on approach.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $14.75/hr.
