Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader who possesses expertise in conveyors, welding, torching, and has a strong leadership background. This role involves hands-on tasks such as welding, fabrication rigging, mechanical work, and preventative maintenance. You will lead and supervise a team of approximately four millwrights/technicians.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team of approximately four millwrights/technicians.
* Perform hands-on welding, fabrication rigging, and mechanical work.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
* Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
* Work on equipment such as furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyor systems.

Essential Skills
* Supervisory skills and leadership experience.
* Proficiency in welding and conveyor systems.
* Repair and rigging expertise.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
* Experience in industrial installation and preventive maintenance.
* Electrical knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a Mechanical Maintenance role (Millwright, Welder/Fabricator, Maintenance Tech, etc.).
* Experience in team leadership, supervision, or management.
* Ability to weld (MIG or Stick) and fabricate.
* Possession of basic hand tools.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a 2nd shift schedule from 4 PM to 12 AM, with occasional weekend work. You will be part of a team of approximately four experienced individuals, working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
