The Production Technician is tasked with accurately preparing orders for shipment, including On Demand, Conversions, and project orders. This involves pouring the correct product into the correct container and delivering it to the Audit Desk for inspection.
Responsibilities
* Pull material, bottle, and lid for order.
* Call for an audit of material, bottle, and lid for correct items before pouring.
* Fill order by pouring the correct amount of product into the correct container for shipment to the customer.
* Reclose the original bulk container if not emptied and stage or return to location/bin.
* Ensure poured products have the correct lot number or place the correct label on container/lid.
* Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Keep records of the use or damage of materials.
* Examine and inspect products for defects, reporting any damage to manager or inventory team for investigation, and verify the correct product using original label of material.
* Assist fellow coworkers as needed.
* Wear proper PPE as required per order.
