Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines (Mazak, Haas, Siemens, Fanuc)
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents
* Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, FARO) to inspect parts
* Monitor machine feed and speed during operations
* Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues
* Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams
* Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
* Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
