We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate. This role involves assisting in the shipping and receiving area by picking products from the warehouse and preparing them for shipment. You will be responsible for accurately counting items and ensuring they are correctly placed on pallets for shipping. Consistent lifting of up to 30 lbs is required throughout the day. You will also use RF scan guns and basic pick sheets daily and will be cross-trained in packing roles that include computer work with UPS/FedEx and SAP systems.
Responsibilities
* Accurately pick products from the warehouse and prepare them for shipping.
* Ensure correct counting and placement of items on pallets.
* Consistently lift items weighing up to 30 lbs throughout the day.
* Operate RF scan guns and utilize basic pick sheets.
* Cross-train in packing roles involving heavy computer work with UPS/FedEx and SAP systems.
* Operate manual pallet jacks and, if possible, electric pallet jacks or forklifts.

Essential Skills
* 1+ year of previous experience picking orders for shipping.
* 1+ year of RF scanning experience.
* 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word for computer literacy.
* Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
* Clear communication skills for daily interaction with the shipping team.
* Capability to consistently lift at least 30 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with FedEx or UPS is beneficial.
* Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with SAP Inventory System is advantageous.
