What Youll Be Doing

* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems on production and packaging equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, belts, chains, and related systems
* Diagnose breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and keep production moving
* Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements
* Work closely with production teams to address equipment issues
* Document maintenance work and follow all safety procedures
* Support occasional weekend maintenance when needed

What Were Looking For

* 1+ year of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* (handson mechanical experience or strong personal/mechanical considered)
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems (bearings, sprockets, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.)
* Ability to read equipment manuals and mechanical drawings
* Basic electrical troubleshooting is a plus, not a requirement
* Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
