What Youll Be Doing

* Stain, paint, and finish custom wood cabinets to a highquality standard
* Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and paint prep
* Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet expectations before shipping
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
* Work at your own workstation building and finishing cabinet components
* Help oversee the finishing area and support/train entrylevel finishers as needed
* Assist where needed to keep projects on track

What Were Looking For

* 1+ year of wood finishing experience (cabinetry or similar wood products)
* Experience staining, painting, and surface preparation
* Comfortable applying stain by rag and achieving consistent finishes
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
* Cabinetry experience is a strong plus

Youll work in a small manufacturing shop focused on custom residential and commercial cabinetry, not mass production. The culture is handson, collaborative, and qualitydriven.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
