What Youll Be Doing

* Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and safety standards
* Set up and troubleshoot production machine systems (Only mechanical)
* Perform makeready processes using hand and power tools
* Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality
* Support feeder and inspector functions as needed
* Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
* Assist with team lifting up to 50 lbs when required

What Were Looking For

* 12 years of machine operation or production experience
* Mechanical and technical aptitude
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
* Experience with finishing machines or gluers is a plus
* Feeder/Inspector experience preferred, not required
* Mechanical aptitude (automotive, small engine repair, production machines) is beneficial
* Comfortable with repetitive movement, heat, and noise typical of manufacturing

* Steeltoed boots required (reimbursed upon permanent hire)
