PreFabricated Concrete Manufacturing

We are hiring multiple General Production Workers to support the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete products. This is a physically demanding, onsite role in an industrial environment with long shifts and handson labor.

Job Duties

* Perform general labor tasks within concrete production
* Assist with casting, mixing, finishing, and moving concrete
* Support setup, stripping, and yard operations
* Operate forklifts and basic production tools (as assigned)
* Work across multiple shifts and departments as needed
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Climb on/off trailers and navigate elevated work surfaces

Qualifications

* Experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, or general labor
* Forklift experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
* Able to work 1012 hour shifts
* Reliable, punctual, and safetyfocused
* Strong work ethic and team mindset
* Steeltoe, allleather boots required

Shifts Available

* Day, Evening, Overnight, and Yard shifts
* Most schedules are MondayFriday
* 1012 hour shifts depending on assignment

Pay

* $20.00/hr starting pay
* $20.50/hr after 90 worked days
* Additional wage increases at:
+ 6 months
+ 1 year
+ 1.5 years
+ Full scale at 2 years

Additional Information

* Contracttohire
* Union environment (eligible after 120 working days)
* Benefits begin after 30 days
* PPE provided: hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr.
