What Youll Do

* Assemble complex electrical configurations (up to 6 laminations).
* Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
* Use strong logical thinking to build and layout supporting electrical systems.
* Operate a variety of hand tools in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
* Lift and handle parts up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Hands-on wiring and electrical assembly experience.
* Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics.
* Familiarity with switchboards and standard connectors (preferred).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving mindset.
* Ability to build detailed, complex configurations with accuracy.
