What Youll Do

* Weld and fabricate structural components for custom filtration skids
* Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and various structural metals
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and build specifications
* Ensure all welds meet strict safety, quality, and project requirements
* Perform inspections and tests to verify structural integrity
* Maintain a clean, organized workstation and fabrication area
* Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges
* Assist in mentoring junior welders as needed

What You Bring

* Minimum 3 years of structural/MIG welding experience; TIG competency preferred
* Proficiency welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steels
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, prints, and schematics
* Strong understanding of welding safety standards and shop safety practices
* Experience performing quality checks and structural weld inspections
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
* Ability to maintain a safe, organized, efficient workspace

Work Environment

Work in a handson, industrial fabrication shop alongside experienced welders and fabricators. The production floor is:
* Open and wellventilated
* Not climatecontrolled (seasonal temperature changes apply)
* Active with fabrication, assembly, and material movement
* PPErequired to maintain safety around welding, cutting, and heavy equipment

Your day will include standing, bending, lifting, and working directly with metal components and welding equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
