Work Environment & Schedule

This is a handson, industrial welding role in a nonclimatecontrolled environment where things can get dirty perfect for someone who isnt afraid of real work.

* 3:00 PM 1:30 AM

Weekend Shift (Amazing Schedule!)
* 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
* Work 36 hours get PAID for 40 hours!

Key Responsibilities

* Perform welding and finishing operations to meet customer specifications
* Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams
* Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment
* Read & interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions
* Inspect work using precision measuring tools
* Use grinders (manual & powered) for finishing work
* Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
* Perform additional duties as needed

Essential Skills & Qualifications

* At least 1 year of welding experience
* Ability to perform assigned welding techniques
* Understanding of weld parameters (amps, volts, wire speed, etc.)
* Experience using precision measuring tools
* Ability to work with mobile device applications
* Must pass an internal welding test

Preferred Experience

* MIG, Flux Core, and Dual Shield welding
* Blueprint reading and interpretation
