This role involves safely operating a 26-foot box truck to service coin machines at banks and grocery stores throughout the Philadelphia area. The driver transports coin bins between the home base in Huntingdon Valley and customer locations, performs frequent loading and unloading of heavy coin bins, and may carry out minor maintenance on coin machines while providing professional and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities
* Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and efficiently on a daily route throughout the Philadelphia area.
* Drive from the home base in Huntingdon Valley to banks, grocery stores, and other customer locations as scheduled.
* Load and unload coin bins weighing approximately 85 pounds when empty and up to 200 pounds when full, using appropriate equipment such as a dolly.
* Complete 8 to 14 stops per day, typically spending about 15 minutes at each location to service coin machines and handle coin bins.
* Perform minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting on coin machines as needed to ensure proper operation.
* Handle and transport coin bins securely, following all procedures for safeguarding money and company assets.
* Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service as the primary on-site representative at banks, grocery stores, and other locations.
* Use a company-issued cell phone and credit card responsibly for work-related communication and purchases such as fuel and supplies.
* Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies at all times.
* Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the box truck and equipment used during the route.
* Accurately follow daily route plans and complete all assigned stops before ending the shift.
* Communicate any route issues, delays, equipment problems, or customer concerns to the appropriate internal contacts in a timely manner.

Essential Skills
* At least 2 years of experience driving a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
* Valid and current DOT medical card.
* Proven ability to safely load, unload, and maneuver heavy items using a dolly or similar equipment.
* Ability to repeatedly lift and move coin bins weighing from 85 pounds up to 200 pounds throughout the workday.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with bank and grocery store staff and other customer personnel.
* High level of trustworthiness and integrity when handling money and using company-issued cell phone and credit card.
* Solid driving record and commitment to following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
* Ability to manage time effectively to complete 8 to 14 stops per day within the scheduled route.
