Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for a daylight shift position from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, at the Thornhill Industrial Park. This role does not currently include overtime or Saturday work.

Responsibilities
* Operate forklift 80% of the time to move products throughout the facility.
* Visually inspect products for quality assurance.
* Utilize equipment to move products efficiently.
* Package and label products as needed.

Essential Skills
* 2 years of forklift operation experience.
* 2 years of experience in packaging and labeling products.
* 2 years of warehouse experience.
* Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with material handling, pallet jack, warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving.
* Proficiency with RF scanners and general labor tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a large, clean manufacturing facility with assembly duties and future forklift training. Expect to stand for extended periods daily. Reliable personal transportation is required as public transit is unavailable. The environment is an active construction site, necessitating standard PPE, including steel-toed boots, and the restriction of headphone use.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
