What Youll Do

* Assist with layout and assembly of large industrial frames and equipment
* Perform MIG and TIG welding, primarily on stainless steel and carbon steel
* Fabricate, weld, grind, polish, and form metal components
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts
* Install mechanical hardware and basic wiring
* Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and hand tools
* Support CNC plasma table operations (setup, operation, basic programming)
* Cut, bend, and prepare steel for fabrication projects
* Help manage steel inventory, labeling, organization, and cycle counts
* Work closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals

Training is available to continue developing welding, fabrication, and CNC skills.

What Were Looking For

* 1+ year of welding experience (MIG and/or TIG)
* 1+ year of mechanical or handson work experience
* Ability to read blueprints
* Ability to lift 50 lbs
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
