About the Role

A leading industrial automation and manufacturing organization in Montgomery is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join its production team. This facility operates in a safe, fastpaced environment and supports a wide range of industries through advanced automation, robotics, and highvalue manufacturing systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with CNC machining experience or a related technical degree who want to grow within a technologically advanced, innovationdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Program, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
* Review samples, drawings, and instructions to understand output specifications.
* Plan machining sequences and determine appropriate machine speeds and batch sizes.
* Take accurate measurements, mark materials, and verify output consistency.
* Drill, tap, debur, and finish parts as required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience as a machinist in an industrial environment.
* Ability to program equipment using Fanuc Gcode.
* Strong understanding of metal properties and machining behavior.
* Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
* Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
