Job Description

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for managing the painting process from start to finish, including both preparation and execution. This role primarily involves spray gun painting and electrostatic painting techniques.

Responsibilities
* Control the painting process from start to finish.
* Perform preparation work for painting tasks.
* Execute spray gun painting and electrostatic painting.
* Ensure high-quality standards in all painting tasks.

Essential Skills
* Experience in industrial painting and painting preparation.
* Proficiency in spray gun painting techniques.
* Knowledge of blasting, sandblasting, and sanding processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in industrial painting, including paint preparation and spray gun painting.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a welding shop with an open layout, which may be slightly dirty due to the nature of the work. The facility includes distinct areas such as the paint area, welding department, and machine operating department. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and a 2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, WI.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
