What Youll Do

* Perform MIG welding on aluminum and/or steel components
* Weld, tack, and assemble parts according to specifications
* Read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements
* Fabricate components using .035 wire and standard welding processes
* Weld in various positions, including flat and vertical
* Inspect welds for quality and consistency
* Use hand tools, grinders, and basic fabrication equipment
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals

What Were Looking For

* 6+ months of MIG welding experience
* 1+ year of handson welding experience (shop or production)
* Experience welding aluminum or steel
