What Youll Do

* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all 9 levels of the production facility
* Load flour into processing chambers using a shovel
* Perform sweeping, mopping, and general sanitation duties as assigned
* Assist with order fulfillment to support production and distribution
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

What Were Looking For

* Ability to lift 5070 lbs. repeatedly
* Ability to stand and work on your feet up to 10 hours per day
* Willingness to work in a dusty, dirty environment and be covered in flour
* Commitment to 50+ hours per week, including Saturdays
* Trainable attitude and strong work ethic
* References that confirm reliable attendance and consistency

Work Environment

* Large, multilevel flour mill and distribution facility
* Old brick building that is typically warm, loud, and flourheavy
* Manual labor performed across all floors of the facility
* Required attire:
+ Work pants and shirts
+ Steeltoe boots
+ Companyprovided PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, beard nets)
