Job Description
Join our team as a Heat Treater Helper, where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will assist in the heat treatment of screws by preparing them for the furnace process, ensuring that each bolt is correctly placed for optimal coating.
Responsibilities
* Transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building.
* Place 12-18 inch bolts within metal racks individually to prepare them for heat treatment.
* Stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Essential Skills
* General production experience.
* Ability to rack and handle production tasks.
* Experience in general labor, construction, packaging, and safety procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Proven attendance record from prior employers.

Work Environment
Work within our advanced Heat Treat facility, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. Collaborate closely with Heat Treat operators in temperature-controlled racking rooms currently under construction

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
