Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist responsible for operation, setups, G&M code editing, and quality inspection on industrial bearings. The role requires experience with mills, lathes, calipers, micrometres, and blueprint reading, focusing on high mix and low volume machining.
Responsibilities
* Operate CNC machinery efficiently and effectively.
* Perform setups and edits using G&M codes.
* Conduct quality inspections on industrial bearings.
* Utilize mills and lathes with precision.
* Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Essential Skills
* 4+ years of CNC machining experience.
* Proficiency in CNC setup and programming.
* Strong blueprint reading skills.
* Experience with calipers and micrometres.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with multi-axis CNC machines is highly beneficial.
* Familiarity with CNC brands such as Mitisui Seki, Toshiba, Mazak, Mori-seki, and Intergex.

Work Environment
Choose between a 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm or a 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am with a 10% premium. Start on an 8-hour shift and select preferred hours based on performance. The work environment is climate-controlled, typical of a modern machine shop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00/hr.
