Description du poste
En tant quoprateur de machine dans une usine de production daliments surgels, vous rglez et faites fonctionner lquipement de production afin dassurer un rendement optimal tout en respectant des normes leves dhygine et de scurit. Vous travaillez au cur de la chane de fabrication de produits alimentaires populaires, dans un environnement structur, propre et ax sur le travail dquipe.
Responsabilits
* Complter avec rigueur la liste de vrifications proprationnelles avant le dmarrage des machines.
* Dmarrer, arrter et ajuster les machines au besoin afin doptimiser la production et la qualit du produit.
* Tenir jour les feuilles de registre et toute autre documentation requise pendant le quart de travail.
* Maintenir en tout temps un poste de travail organis, propre et sanitaire en vidant les bacs de rcupration, en dpoussirant les machines et en balayant le plancher lorsque possible durant la production.
* Garder les surfaces suprieures des machines dgages et propres afin dviter toute contamination ou obstruction.
* Nettoyer tous les outils au dbut du quart de travail et les ranger dans les espaces prvus lorsquils ne sont pas utiliss.
* Respecter strictement toutes les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (GMP) en vigueur dans une usine de transformation alimentaire.
* Participer au nettoyage gnral de la machinerie et des installations de lusine lorsque la production est arrte.
* Collaborer troitement avec les membres de lquipe et maintenir un esprit dentraide et de coopration en tout temps.
* Remplir quotidiennement le bac dutilisation de farine.
* Suivre toutes les procdures opratoires normalises (SOP) associes aux lignes de production.
* Sassurer que lalarme de plateaux du chambre de pousse (Proofer Pan Alarm) est correctement rgle pour chaque plateau.
* Vrifier que les plateaux ne contiennent pas de doubles boules de pte ni de plateaux mal garnis avant leur entre dans la chambre de pousse.
* Contrler et consigner le poids des boules de pte pour chaque type de pte intervalles rguliers (toutes les 20 minutes).
* Recycler la pte dans les bacs de recyclage le plus rapidement possible afin de rduire les pertes.
* Signaler immdiatement au superviseur de quart toute perte de produit, perte de temps, problme de qualit (QA) ou problme mcanique.

Job Description
As a Machine Operator in a frozen food manufacturing facility, you set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to ensure optimal output while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. You work at the heart of the production line for popular frozen products in a structured, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
* Complete the pre-operational checklist accurately before starting any machinery.
* Start, stop, and adjust machines as needed to achieve optimal production performance and product quality.
* Maintain log sheets and any required production documentation throughout the shift.
* Keep the work area organized, clean, and sanitary by emptying catch trays, dusting machines, and sweeping the floor whenever possible during production.
* Keep the top surfaces of machines clear and clean to prevent contamination or obstruction.
* Clean all tools at the start of the shift and store them properly when not in use.
* Strictly adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) required in a food processing plant.
* Assist with general cleaning of machinery and the plant facility when production is stopped.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and cooperate with fellow team members at all times.
* Fill the flour use-bin daily to ensure continuous production.
* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the production lines.
* Ensure the Proofer Pan Alarm is correctly set up for each pan.
* Ensure no double dough balls or messy pans enter the proofer.
* Check and record dough ball weights for each dough type at regular intervals (every 20 minutes).
* Recycle dough into the recycle bins as soon as possible to minimize waste.
* Report any product loss, time loss, quality issues, or mechanical problems to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
