What Youll Do

As an Assembler, youll play a key role in bringing our products to life. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability our customers expect.
* Follow all safety procedures and use required equipment to keep yourself and your team protected
* Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and product specifications
* Assemble parts in the correct sequence using tools like drills, rivet guns, screws, and more
* Install components such as wiring harnesses, sensors, and sub-assemblies
* Inspect parts and finished units to ensure they meet strict quality standards
* Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, saws, drill presses, and testing equipment
* Perform cabinet foaming and complete builds according to engineering specs
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with your team to keep production flowing smoothly

What You Bring

* High school diploma or GED
* 12 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred but not required)
* Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
* Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
* Comfortable with standing, bending, and working with tools
